Question for you guys,

If I wanted to assemble 100 pcs of Winchester Brass in 300 Win Mag, how many total pieces would I need to buy?

This would be weight sorted and neck thickness sorted.

Thanks

Tom

Depends on your tolerance levels. I know the Winchester brass I'm measuring and turning almost all have varying neck thickness. Almost all have one thin side at about .013 and a thick side at about .015. A person would have to sort through a thousand to find 100 that had less than .001 variance. If you turn them all to .013, you can use almost all. I don't weigh and sort cases by weight, so no comment on that aspect.

How does RWS compare to Laupua?

Does it come camferred (sp) and weight sorted etc...

Thanks

Tom

I weighed 50 pcs.
Most were within .6gr with alot less than .5gr.
Nearly all within 1 grain.
Only 2 were 2.0gr different.
The ave weight was about 278-279gr. It is heavy brass.

Very light chamfer on it , but I like to put more.
