Nosler 300 Win Mag brass, very unimpressed!!!!!

A second closer inspection revealed that 3 case were</p><p>headspacing off the shoulder and not the belt (.007 excessiove lenght</p><p>in the case head to shoulder measurment). There also was a .0015</p><p>differance in the measurment between the case head and the front of</p><p>the belt. .2175 and .2185 still under the SAAMI .220 spec. The</p><p>problem was those three cases that were about .007 to long in the</p><p>shoulder. I pulled the loaded cases and resized them bumping the</p><p>shoulder back to within SAAMI specs and retrimmed the necks. I</p><p>thought you however should know about these three cases. That</p><p>reflects a 6% failure to pass inspection and/or feed in a rifle. I</p><p>will check and see if I still have the original box so that I can get</p><p>the lot numbers. You may be able to get this information from</p><p>MidwayUSA. Having paid the price I did for this brass, I was somewhat</p><p>disapointed. I had heard a lot of good things about Nosler Brass.
