Nikon Monarch dimensions

I have read where someone was getting rid of his Monarch because the tube too short. I was thinking of getting the Monarch 6x24 can someone tell me the total lenght of the 1" tube area, so I can see if it will fit between my rings.

Hey Chet,
I have the Nikon Monarch UCC 6.5x20x44 and the 1" section is exactly 5.25" long. I am using Leupold Dual Dovetail mounts and bases (2 piece). This easily fits on my M700 VS in .22-250 and is a very nice scope in all respects. Hope this helps. Johnny K.
