Nikko Golden Eagle 7000 30-06 info neded.

I've been thinking about purchasing a new hunting rifle for deer in Pennsylvania; I found a nice rifle in 30-06 cal., but don't know much about the manufacturer of the rifle. It's a Nikko Golden Eagle 7000 Grade-1. I as really looking to see if you guys had any info about this gun maker; any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
