I have a brand new Vortex Razor HD, never mounted. I removed it from the box, looked through it and put it back. Only handled once. This was delivered to my dealer from the distributor this week, so it is a newly manufactured unit.
EBR2B reticle and of course milrad turrets, FFP, etc. Comes with all the factory items (level, caps, flash kill, cleaning cloth, manuals, sun shade, etc).
