I had a friend tell me that private sales of firearms at gun shows was now prohibited in Idaho. Anybody know if this is true or just BS, I looked on the ATF site and didn't see anything. Anybody with an FFL or just gun law knowledge know. Thanks for your help.

If it's limited to Idaho it probably wouldn't be on the ATF site as that's Federal. Best to search the Idaho laws.

Here's a quick Google search I did on...(idaho gun show no private sales)it doesn't appear that there is such a law. I would get someone on the phone to verify it. Check out the Brady website here, enough to make ya puke!! These people are relentless! I'm going to a meeting tonight, they want to try and shut down the target practicing on the river out here. A lady out here is afraid to go out of her house because of gun shot 5 miles away through timber!! She is the squeaky wheel that'll get her grease if we let her. She hates the noise, but plays the "fear for my life" card here. Last month it was wheelers driving by her place making noise. These people need to be on an ISLAND by themselves to be happy!!!! We'll go debate this one and expose her for the irrational person she is, I hate to do it but she's asking for it again. Good luck in your area.
