bjlooper, Probably a 1 in 10 twist will work. Lots of good barrels as you can see. If you want cut rifling, go with Krieger. Button rifled, go with Lilja. Fiftydriver uses a ton of Lilja, so you know they shoot. Same with Krieger with lots of shooters swearing by them. Both are lapped barrels and top quality. If you plan on fluting for weight, then definitely Lilja since they will flute where Krieger is not set up to flute except a heavy varmint type barrel.
