I have shot the Barnes 120 TSX/TTSX in my 264's using N24N41. Excellent velocity. Never used N570 which is virtually the same burning rate as 24N41, with 24N41 being a hair slower. . 24N41 is also less expensive than N570 & usually more available. Rel 33 is slightly faster burning than 24N41 or N570 & will achieve the same velocities but with less powder for bullets up to 125gr. From 130gr on up The slower 24N41, N570 will achieve a greater velocity within safe pressure levels. I have used the Barnes 120 TSX/TTSX to take many elk over the years with never a failure. Complete penetration thru both shoulders. Also deep /total penetration from acute angles from front or back. For deer , even the heaviest deer the Barnes 100gr TTSX is more than adequate. Here in Montana where I am at I have to hunt deer & elk at the same time so use a bullet that is elk capable, first, but more than that would be needed for deer. As to the 260Rem, I have a wildcat 6.5x308 I built back in 1994, AKA the 260 Rem today. Also have two Savage 260 Rem's. The 6.5x308 using Barnes 120gr "X" the original , has taken several elk . All clean kill's, never a failure. Proper bullet placement with a tough deep penetrating bullets works.
