Start around 61-62g. Max should be around 64-65g according to Nolsers #5 manual. Velocity should be a tad over 3000fps on the top end.

I had good luck with 61g RL-22 and the 160g AB. .275" 3 shot group at 100 yards, kinda slow though at 2850fps.

I have to look up the info but using same bullet and powder my groups are staying right at 1 1/4 @ 200 yds. Then again, every gun is different.

My best load (most accurate) when using 65.5 grains IMR 7828 and Fed. 215 Match primers. As you know, what works for one gun may not for another.
