Need Help With Grizzly Bear Question

Dakor. my friend an I were hunting mulies in Wyoming last fall. He missed a nice mulie because his semi-auto .308 jammed on him.
Sure he was ****ed, but if that was a grizz....well you know.

My point is, Leave the semi-auto at home. That pistol is a great idea also.

I will be taking the 870 Pump and I will be using that 3inch Sabot Slug of Remingtons that is alot of Bullet moving at a pretty decent speed. I believe Barnes makes the slug for Remington and they are suppose to retain 100% of their weight. A bullet that is 1 once traveling at 1550fps at the Muzzle with 2331 ft lbs of energy at the muzzle that retains 100% of its weight should just about stop anything that walks the earth well except maybe the Terminator

Here is the link to the slugs if anyone wants to check them out.
