Need a bolt

I have ended up with a remington short action rifle with no bolt. What is the best source for getting a bolt for this gun. I think i am going to use it for a donor for a build. What will be the issues with headspacing? Thanks in advance. AJ

Get a bolt from PTG it will be stronger than a standard rem bolt and lock up better to.

Anybody out there have a factory bolt that they have replaced with a ptg by any chance?

Any bolt that you buy will likely need fitting to the action. PT&G bolts are first class. You can spec the bolt dimensions to your action, as far as diameter, extractor type, standard or coned, and bolt handle style.
