thanks guys. appreciate the compliments. Prolly going to be three weeks to a month before I get out to shoot it but I will report back after I am satisfied that it is well broken in. I haven't bought dies yet for the 300 win mag but I bought a few boxes of high quality factory ammo to get it started (some black hills gold and some Nosler custom "factory" handloads) Bought some cheaper federal to do the obligatory shoot and clean routine. I most likely will end up loading for it eventually its just right now I have to get some good loads worked up for my 280AI and my 25-06 for a Mulie / speed goat hunt I have coming up in Wyoming in 2012. Once I get those lined out I will most likely move on to this one. And in between me and my 17 year old son are prepping brass and loading 100's and 100's of rounds of 17 fireball, 204, 223 and 6BR for prairie dogging in May. We went through 1500 rounds in two days last year so we have some work to do. Also one of my 8 year old twin boys will be shooting this as well. He shot a little last year and has since aquired his own prairie dog rig, a single shot 17HMR topped with a Nikon pro staff 2X7x33. He'll be shooting hornady off the self of course. Think Prairie dog trips are expensive, try it with three sons!!! I'd love to show you guys some of my other rigs if you like pics.
