Mosin Nagant scope mount?

I want to build an Archangel nagant later this year with a 91/30. I want to put a big optic on it, and I'm thinking about a Vortex Viper LR 4-16. What are my options for a one piece weaver/picatinny style scope mount? I will bend the bolt, but how do I mount it?
