Model 7 Action Screw Spacing?

Does anyone know the model 7 action screw spacing.
I just picked up a phoenix machine action that is supposed to have teh model 7 spacing.
I also got a mcmillan stock that is supposed to be inletted for a model 7.
The problem is they don't fit. .
The stock is 5.516"
and the action is 5. 980"

Is either of them right.
What stock can I use for the action?

5.9102 on the last one I stocked.
