My son has an opportunity to buy one of these and I have never heard of them. (I've lead a sheltered life). Are they any good and what is a fair price for a used one in good condition? Also, could it be put on an AR15, 308, or 270? He said it came off of a 50 caliber.
    Thanks for any information.

The Millet LRS 6-24x50 is a very good scope. Its extremely sturdy, has positive clicks, and a zero stop. It is priced very reasonably. I have heard the TRS model has had some problems. I have had good success with the LRS model. Its around $400

You're welcome. Best of luck to you and your son. I'm taking my three boys out shooting tomorrow.
