Just got this in the mail in my trusty old box yesterday from Kevin ant Montour County Rifles.

    300 WSM
Barrled FN SPR action from CDNN 24" fluted
McMillan Classic stock from another member
CSR 3 port brake contoured to my barrel

Had Kevin do the stock work, tune the trigger (its nice), lap the lugs and install the CSR brake. All and all the rifle is more than what I expected. It has very good balance and a veary cleen look to it.

I did not spend alot under 1200 for everything including shipping both ways to Kevin and with his turnaround time being what it is I have no complaints once again.

Here she is for your judgement. No scope or Brass at present so range report will be to follow.

Given a 24" barrel it looks wicked long. Nice looking rig.

Agreed it does look long and I like that as Im not a fan of short at all. I just fired 3 rounds to asses the feel of the brake. I was impressed. I have the scope mounted now but no more time tonight.

That's a good looking hunting rifle, whats it going to weigh scoped up and what scope are you going with.

Nice rifle in and grreat cartridge. What is a CSR brake? You also have Norma Brass which has been great.

I hope Im correct on this I think it stands for center shot rifles. I know about the NORMA I almost ordered some the other day but this NOSLER brass has just been so true I dont want to switch brands.
