mark v

i was wondering what is involved in accurizing a mark v action, price, work, any suggestions, extras, and also what is involved with the bolt itself anything that i can do at home aside from polishing. I am eventually turning this .300wby into a .338 lapua. Any parts that may help? anyone here from around the central va that knows a good rifle maker/ gunsmith, i would much rather pay for accuracy and quality than save and deal with inconsistency. thanks for the help
