magazine and trigger guard for Rem 700

I am looking for a company in the NW part of the country that manufactures trigger guards and detachable mag. I have a Rem 700 action in 300 Ultra mag. I think this company is in Oregon. Any help out there? They make a really good looking product but I have been unable to recall the name of the company. Their assembly comes with bedding blocks.

The company I was looking for is based in Idaho and is called Seekins Precision. I am surprised no one knew of this company and I received no response.
