Len: Somebody has to go against the flow. So, like I've said before, I prefer the structured type of hat and never have liked the buckle backstrap. Just personal preference really but with the buckle backstrap theres always a flap of strap hanging down loose and with a non structured hat you eventually have trouble seeing the whole logo on the front because the non-structured hat goes "limp" after being worn for a while. When I had to work for a living I had several hundred hats of all kinds. It was just what happens when you deal with suckup vendors and suppliers all of the time.:):) These were in addition to the company hats I had made up and almost all of my guys preferred the structured type of hat as well. I know the trend nowdays is to an asymetrical design on hats but have you given any thought to putting the LRH address on both sides of the bill? That way it's easy to read from either side. I kinda like the black as far as color goes. The neat thing about hats is that no matter what you end up making available, everybody will want some.:)
