Lot # on VihtaVouri jugs

Two different sellers each gave me what they thought was the Lot # from their jug.
One is: 220012CR00124
One is: 12.01.2023

I don't know but I have a feeling one of these is not actually a Lot #.

What are you folks seeing on your jugs ?

According to their website that is where the lot# is located.

So according to this, my lot# would be FI 001

The second picture is my 1lb jug of VV N565

To clarify

In the OP's post, the top one he posted is the lot, the bottom number is date of production

So AZHunter, wouldn't this mean your Lot # is 220012 ?

And the actual Lot # in my first post is 220012 ?

Yes, I just saw the other post. So my lot# would be 220012

Any VV questions I have, I go to Capstone (the US VV dist) and ask. They are good about getting back to me. VV has very good lot to lot consistency so I don't worry much about lots with them

SeaBeeken, that's good to know. In fact I was concerned about getting a second jug
with a different lot #. Now that you mention it I think I read somewhere else that VV
doesn't vary a lot and people seemed to be OK mixing remnants of different batches.
One maker was worse for batch-to-batch variation but I can't remember, was it Alliant ?
