Longrange shooting help

Going to buy a remington 300 ultra mag. xcr II. Going to shoot 180 gr. bullet. hunting elk and deer. What do you guys recommend for bullets. Also looking at leupold and swarvoski scopes with turret adjustment. Would like to be able to shoot 500 possibly 600 yards. What do you guys recommend for scopes. If I go with leupold who's turret works the best. Graybull percision or leupold.
