Longrange PD cartridge - Part II

I really love shooting hogs with my 22-243AI and will probably rebarrel in the same cartridge when she gets shot out. However, you guys have me thinking now, and I just might rebarrel another 40X action in 6.5x284 w/ a fast twist. Was originally thinking about a 6mm Dasher.

Decisions, decisions, decisions, what is a guy to do???????????????????????????????

Thanks for all of your input.

Lynn,

Whats the problem with a 6/284 shooting 107's at 3200FPS...

Thats just about what mine does and does it very very very accurately. In fact is the most accurate gun I have ever shot...

"Sitting in the Closet", I think you should send it to me...I would take real good care of it for you...It would have a steady diet of 105-107's , mixed with a little R22. Cleaned with Butches and "Flannel Patches".....Oil it every day.

I would hate to see what you do to a woman who takes care of you...

When xring01 is done with her send her to me....

I'll be sure to clean her lugs and grease the rails....

the feed her RL 22 and 105 VLD's at 3500 fps... to keep her happy....
