of the 200 gr wildcat bullets,
Its time for a new load, the latest whitetail taken at 1350 yds proved the accubonds, though a very good bullet are fast running out of steam at that range.
So as I see it my choices are the 180 berger or the 200 wildcats, I read that richard sold wildcat bullets so whats your guys prognosis on the availability of them in the future? thanks all!

Another choice is Bob Cauterucio's 176 gr and 195 gr VLD's.

I have used the 176 for about 5 years. But when my supply runs out I will be trying the Bergers.

    Len,
Do you have Bob's contact info as I also am wanting to try the 7mm 195's because of the lack of availability of the Wildcat 7mm 200's.
    TIA,

I just received my shipment from Bob a short while ago, and he no longer makes the 176 grain 7mm bullet. AS far as I know he makes only the 189 in the 7mm vld. The 189 is the same dimensions of his old 176, but he now fills the jacket with amalgum.

    RR,

Which caliber do you shoot? There are a multitude of options. Some of those options depend on how long before you need them........;)

    You have an incoming PM.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Like LV said, amalgum is one of the materials that the dentists use to fill cavities. If it works as well as lead, it would make a great substitute. The anti's couldn't gripe about metal poisoning then!

Les, it would work for deer if you can get them to hold still long enough! :D
