I shoot a stock Rem 700 5R mil-spec in 300 win mag, and it is a sweet shooter. It comes with the sendero H-S precision stock for around $1100. The other day was doing a little load development with this rifle and shot a 7/8" 3 shot group at 300 yards with the berger 210, winchester brass, cci primer, and 76 grains of H1000
