Roy -love the new look on it. However, I wonder is that lead paint you used? It looks to be much heavier now.:D

here is my krieger barreled 300RUM. it shoots the 185 gr berger into little clover leafs at 200, and have shot it to just under 1500yds with great results.

hs stock
badger rings and rail
nightforce 5.5-22

after this pic was taken, i added a us optics scope level, and got the bolt fluted and had the sako extractor installed.
 
Tikka M695 .30-06 - Stock barrel, Mcmillan A3-5 Stock w/ thumbwheel cheekpiece (60% light grey, 20% black, 20% white) pillar & epoxy bedded, stock trigger polished and set to 2lbs. Rocky Mountain Rifles standard muzzle brake, EGW 20 MOA rail with burris tactical rings, Zeiss Conquest 6.5-20x50 MC w/ Z-Plex reticle, Rocky Mountain Rifles scope level and Harris bipod. Best 100m group in load development so far: .594" 5-shot group with 168gr VLD Target bullets in Hornady Brass, CCI #200 Large Rifle Primers and 61.6gr Hodgdon Superformance powder at 2775fps.
