You can do it on your own, right?&nbsp; You don&#039;t need Jesus.&nbsp; You are saving yourself, right?&nbsp; Did Jesus need to die at all then?&nbsp; Do you see what I mean.&nbsp; The idea that we are saved by our work (that we save ourselves) totally removes any need for Christ to have come to this earth.&nbsp; Make sure you are following Christ and not human traditions like the Pharisees.&nbsp; &nbsp;There are many catholics who are not following the true teachings of the bible, especially when it comes to being save by grace through faith and not works.&nbsp;It sounds to me that you are Catholic.&nbsp; Defend your faith in Rome with a well researched and understandable and mature discussion!&nbsp; &nbsp;Are you also a Jew?&nbsp; Is that why you are so sensitive to this issue?&nbsp; &nbsp;Jon</blockquote>
