Hey guys (and gals for that matter), I have a couple of bullets I would like to check out. I bought a short box of .30 cal Scoirrco 165 gr. and someone gave me some .284 cal 175 gr Sierra BTSP. I don't have a Swift or a Sierra book and my powder books only show one load (7RM 175gr Sierra using RL-22) for one of the bullets. I don't mind buying reloading manuals but really don't want to spend the money if these bullets don't work out. All that being said can anyone out there that can supply me with load data for the following:
30-06 - 165 gr Scoirros
7RM - 175 Sierra BTSP

I have the following powders:
RL-19, RL-22, IMR4831, IMR4350, H3841sc
(and H414 & H335 but I don't think there will be loads for these calibers with these powders)
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

No more- you do not say what rifle. i have loaded re-19 and re-22 in my 7 with good success . i have found h-1000 and h-4831 better. i have shot a bunch of bull elk with the 175 ( 79 grains of h-870). excellent. not at home so i can't give you load for the 7. i currently use 69 of h-4831 and a 140. of those powders i4350 is best in the 30-06 ( 57.5 to 58 grain for me.). the others including 414 more or less equal. i shoot a lot of 165 , 167 AND 168'S out of my 30-06s.

Hey roninflag, The 7RM is a blue printed Rem 700 BDL and the 06 is a sporterized 1903 Springfield. I have a great load worked up using 160 Accubonds that I have used on Elk & Deer, was looking to beef up to a 175 hence the reasopn for trying the 175 Sierras. The 30-06 I have a great load worked up for 180 Accubonds that works terrific on Elk, wanted to try a lighter bullet for smaller game (Deer/Antelope). I have always had best luck with the RL-19 & RL-22 in my 7RM & .300 WinMag, IMR4350 & H414 in my 30-06.

Whatever you can supply me with from your books would be great. Really looking for the low & max ranges for each bullet for each powder so I can work up a lod for each. Will probably stick with the Accubond loads for this coming hunting season, but you never know. I have a Mulie hunt here in Calif and an Antelope hunt & Elk hunt in Wyoming this fall (all in good units, got extremely lucky this year). I'm heading for the range now, will let you know how I did with what I got for the two setup I am asking about.
