there is one on ebay and was wondering if it is a good buy? i want a good long range scope but don't have to funding for the $1000+ range.
Would the warrenty be through Leupold or PR if purchased?

I believe that's a 1" tube VX-III. It would make a good variminting scope but it probably doesn't have a lot of elevation adjustment (unlike the 30mm tube LR series).

    Check with Leupold about warranties.

According to Leupold's web site the 1" tube has 90MOA of adjustment i know that is a newer model but i can't believe that this would be close to the same...
