Leaving bow cocked?

I would recommend leaving it cocked until you shoot at a deer!!! (Sorry, couldn't resist).

Other than that...
I'm planning on decocking mine when I leave the woods every day though. Michigan law says it should be unstrung OR placed in a case for transport, but I'll do both.
