Last Day Buck

    This is the buck I shot on the last day of colorado's 3rd season. 308 yards one shot dropped like a lead ballon. Maybe next year I'll get to stretch the 300rum out alittle further.

    Nice way to finish off the season! He looks like a really large deer with high rack & good mass, /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif Way to go!!! What bullets were you using?

    300 RUM with handloaded accubonds 180gr and 94 grains of H1000 pushing it. CCI250 to start the fire in the hole. I fill confident out to 600 meters and know the gun can handle shooting to 1000 meters.
