lapping warne rings

i can't seem to find somebody that knows how to lap warne rings. i've been told that i probably shouldn't lap them since i can't only do 'the bottom half'.

can somebody reccomend how to lap these rings?

You can loosely fit the rings to the lapping bar and lap out the sharp edges, but don't get carried away and remove too much material. They have been pretty true to my experience and haven't needed much lapping.
