Tagging in. Seems like a lot of rifle for the money.
My thoughts exactly. Semi LGS has a Creedmoor and a PRC they have had advertised on GB for probably close to a year. Went down and put my hands on one a couple weeks ago. Didn't really care for the stock, but if I was confident it would shoot like the one Ryan did the review on - I'd be back down filling out papers tomorrow.

I can't speak for the koda as a rifle but can speak for the kelbly atlas and the kelbly team. To start the atlas is a major bang for its buck! Superb action in fit, finish and function. It has an incredibly light bolt lift, super smooth bolt, the mechanical ejector works flawlessly and love it on the bench! Kelbly family/company are some of the best in the business. They go above and beyond to take care of you as a customer!! I have no doubts there rifle would shoot and be a top performer
