So, the range trip.wemt really well. Here are the results. From a velocity perspective. I ran the charge up.passed the recommended max, but also had bullets seated out further than the book said. I only shot 3 rounds of the same charge for accuracy, and they shot sub 1MOA. 57gr - 2899 fps 57.5- 2869 fps 58 gr- 2902 fps 58.5 gr- 2947 fps 59 gr - 2963 fps 59.5 (x3) 2962, 2968, 2975 fps 60 gr- 2951fps 60.5 gr- 3007 fps 61 gr- 3025 fps 61.5 gr 3050 fps The rifle is a break action single shot, so the only indications of pressure there really might be would be flattened primers, and difficult extraction. I didn't get flattened primers until 60 grains (not severe) a d never ran into any issues with pulling the rounds out of the chamber easily with two fingers. Because I didn't see much improvement in velocity at the higher charges (90fps over 2 full grains) and because the powder is a little temp sensitive, I think I'm going tonwork on developing the load around 59.5, and work a few te ths on each side of that. Very pleased and thanks for the help! BftB
