Howdy all, was gonna post in the thread on here about uneducated responses on the rise. Would have been hijacking the thread and thought I would make some observations as a newbee. Not enough time onboard to have a valid opinion on that anyway, but here's what I've noticed. People on here tend to be a cut above in knowledge and civility, I've asked some questions and was overwhelmed with the experience shared with a member nobody even knows. We all learn from personal experience and even failure, but to share it is invaluable to those of us learning. The family running this site are to be congratulated on a job well done, the members posting on here are probably used to this openness and comradery but to me its refreshing and unique. I was an unregistered guest for a short time and wanted to join just to become a part of things. Downside is you are constantly tempted to buy things discussed on here, I've now got to cover a criterion barrel and a forester co ax press due mostly to experience and knowledge shared and picked up on here. Nothing is perfect and people in general are all different but a it's a good mix here. Last thing and I'll shut up, the broad scope of information is truly impressive heard about techniques and scopes and rifles I've never heard of or seen. I'm not so well versed and will admit it, if its a savage I can step up and share knowledge, same somewhat with reloading, but other than that I just want to learn. Thanks (sorry for the long post) Dave
