To be honest i really never check for velocity, I mainly start tweeking my charge once i start getting good to excellent groups results. I was wondering if you were using 107gr or 85 gr bullets. From what I experianced with IMR 4350 and at 40.6 gr. and a 107gr SMK I was getting superb gruops .200 -.300 inch groups with that charge. In my opinion I think 41.5 of 4350 might be too hot. and it not giving you good results. After alot of research.. I ended up with this This is my setup, Mike Bryant custom.243 WIN .269 tight neck, Broughton Barrel @ 1-8 twist, custom reamer built by PTG for a 243 Lapua Case and Sierra 107 gr or 105 Berger VLD. This was my final LOAD DATA is used, my recipe. Lapua Brass, 40.6 gr of H4831SC, Federal Gold Match primer, 107 gr Sierra Match for target shooting or varmint hunting. my other load is basically the same, which I use for hunting. same brass and primer and powder, diffrent powder charge which is 40.5 grains of H4831SC with a 105 gr Berger VLD. and it gives me excellent results And it my hunting load. I hope it helps. Vic
