I have a newly purchased Savage 220f.

I'm happy with mine, I still need to send it in to have the ejector fixed though. One thing I thought of last year during the deer season is it would be nice if the gun came with optional sights on it, in case you want to use it for driving or hunting in the thick brush.

I'm also pretty happy with mine. The bolt did smooth out over time. You have to work the bolt pretty vigorously, but it does eject reliably. Mine shoots 1" three shot groups at 100 yards with Remington 2 3/4" Accutips, and 1.5" with 3" Winchester Dual Bonds. I have a 3x9 Leupold VX 2 on it with a duplex. When sighted 3" high at 100 it's good for 150 yards. 8" low at 200 yards. My buddy has one and gets similiar accuracy from Hornady 23/4" SST's.
