I am new to forum and wildcat rounds . I like to be a little different so with that said I looking to build myself a new what I would call a all in one round and rifle. I thinking on the lines of partent case being 375 h&h neck down to 6.5 (263 dia. ) . But I am open to any suggestion. My prey will be from hogs to bear . I like info on actions too . Thnak you

I have a Wby Accumark 338-378 coming in. Will push the 338 VLD's very fast.

Paid 1250 for it, 20 rounds loaded ammo, 20 pc brass, dies and shipping.

Only problem is $4 per piece of brass. But ive found a decent supply of once fired factory ammo brass.

All of them rich folk paying $150 for a box of ammo, their loss my gain.

Also look up the 338-300RUM aka 338 EDGE from Shaun Carlock, or Kirby Allens 338 AX or AM.

I am also thinking about getting the 8.5 Titan by Fazzerelli (I know i mispelled it).

A lot of people also shoot the 338 Lapua or LI

I have settled on 338 cal due to the High BC bullets.

As far as actions, Stiller, BAT, Defiance, APS all make actions that get good reviews. They are all remmy clones, after reading about the wby actions i may stick with them.
