How do you hunt them?

Its a new specie for my area, and state declared war on pigs, so kill as many as you like no questions asked, they also say my county is the most infested with feral swine... I just don't see them, but what I see is deer, coyotes and bear. Is there something I should look for to find them? Do they come out at night? Do I need night vision scope, spotlight etc? State didn't specified anything about batting or how to take them or where are they....

I'd check with the land owners and at the local feed store for anybody having trouble, also check with your local game warden.
