that looks like a pretty neat setup

how did you figure 2 miles?

i don't see antennas or rx sensitivity to calculate a link budget

Read the reviews and I think they come with an antenna.

This is a quote from one of the reviewers:

"It found out it is better to stick to the stock antenna which came with the unit as it was tunned to the right transmitting frequency."

PS: A co-worker knows people who use them in their RC planes.

I have one of the Gopro HD cameras and love it. The quality is great. I use it for dirt bike riding and racing and have had great results. The problem with using it for a hunt is it has a wide angle lens and does not show much at long range but is great up close. Even at bow range the target would be hard to see.
