Help on installing ballistics onto a PDA

Having problems installing the PSSF (Sharpshooter) ballistics onto my Palm Zire 72. It downloads fine but is in some different language /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Does anyone know how to have it downloaded in ENGLISH /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
