Just another old rifle shooter. Farm raised so I have been shooting, hunting, and reloading for many years. I live out where I have my own range out back, so life is good. I used to shoot groundhogs but the coyotes ate them all. Guess what I shoot now. Like many others I stumbled across this site by accident, and I found it quite interesting. Hope to be hearing from and talking to you all in the near future.

A little town about 20 miles west of Metropolis by the name of Grand Chain. Could be Petti Coat Junction ,but we don't have a train.

Hey Tickridger, good to know you are out there -- yes, there is definitely some good LR coyote hunting where you're from! I occasionally get down that way and over to Hardin Co where I can actually shoot 1k not have to worry about invoking the wrath of neighbors. Have a good one! Mike D - Carbondale

That's awesome. I grew up in Centralia. Wish I could move back.
