Has anyboy used the new Berger .277 on Deer

I have a Model 700 rem and would like to do some long range hunting with it.
The new berger bullets are looking good. How much veloity is needed to reliably take deer with these bullets? It also seems like the BCs are not that much higher than the BCs for the Ballistic Tips and GameKings. Would the Ballistic Tips or GameKings be a better choice? I would like to able to shoot to at least 600 yards.
