OK if I buy the Harrell's Press for my initial press will this be a mistake?

These are very precise presses for small jobs. Only their heavy 'Combo Press' covers FL sizing. Maybe you know this already.

I use their arbor press and turret press for neck sizing/expanding/seating.
For shoulder bumping I use a Redding press

No I did not know that. I have never reloaded just tinkering with the idea. I know get a loading manual read then read some more.

I don't know about any reloading manuals, as I don't use them.
