Greetings! First post,need a little help, shooting 300 winmag with a zeiss zplex 800 I bought the g7 rangefinder and was building the profile for BDC and it's asking for the turret temp and altitude ? I can't find anything in the little zeiss booklet or on line about the temp that they built the reticle at . Am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I have a Barbary sheep hunt in Terlingua Tx next week expecting some long shots with incline! Thanks!

Are you sure that you didn't misread it and that it said "current" temp?

I would not see any reason you would need the turret temp haha.

Change the setting from BDC turret to MOa unless that turret is set for a specific alt and temp. That setting is in the G7. I think you have choices of turret Moa and mil

No mil dot settings. I don't want the MOA correction I'm not turning the turrets on the scope I'm using the zplex reticle BDC gives the shoot distance.
