Yes. I spoke with Greybull and they said that he did leave and i guess not on the best of terms. They said it will not affect anything. Their contract with leupold is being renewed now. They also said that there may be a model with a different retical design. No horizontal hash marks.

I don't own one but I have shot one and they are as advertised, great shooters and the scopes work.
