This week I am going to put my new hunting rifle in the lay-away; will have 6 months to get it out but will try and have it out before November; I have decided on a Remington model 700 BDL in the 270 caliber; I am mainly interested in deer hunting but hope to someday fulfill my dream hunt; that hunt will consist in chasing a big mule deer somewhere out west, but until then will be completely satisfied hunting whitetails; I have studied all calibers and decided on the 270 as it can handle just about anything that I would want to hunt;
