I'm waiting on a new barrel to come but im wondering if i can go ahead and bed my scope mount and the action in the stock or should i just wait until the barrel gets here in a few months.

I'm waiting on a new barrel to come but im wondering if i can go ahead and bed my scope mount and the action in the stock or should i just wait until the barrel gets here in a few months.

I would wait until you get your barrel, because, the barrel will center the action in the stock. If you bed it without the barrel, and if you are off, the barrel will hit the barrel channel, or at least be off center. My money is on waiting.
