Scope: Leupold Vari-X III 4-14X40mm AO - gloss finish/fine duplex.
Age: 'E' letter suffix - made in '97
Condition: I give a 9.5 out of 10. Glass is perfect. Not a single mark on either lense. 2 small marks on the scope.
First mark: Small ring mark on front portion of main tube:

Second mark: Small scratch on BOTTOM of front eye piece. Not visible when mounted, not a dent - just a surface mark.
