ok, I found a box of old brass fired in another 7mm rem mag it has varying runout on the fired brass most around four or five thou so I started off by raising the forester expander up it didn't seem to make much difference then I took the expander off the oem stem and resized a couple same thing four thou runout then I actually started looking at the die on the outside and it has a couple of burrs on the threads I can actually feel it when starting to remove it from being locked down in the press I am betting that this is the problem also too check that the press was not a problem I ran some once fired 7-08 brass through a recently acquired lee collet die and it pretty much stays the same around 1 thou before and after so I think the press is probably ok , I probably will buy a another rcbs 7mm rem mag die since the foresters are out of stock everywhere and retry with the forester stem installed , appreciate all the help and the awesome diagrams
