Flush cup bipod mount

I'm thinking of removing the bottom studs and installing flush cups. I'm curious about bi pod mounting options using flush cups. Also can you point me towards a brand that's recommended to make the system work. Photos would be great too. Thanks

My rifle with flush cups has a small picatinny rail mounted in front of the flush cup on the forend. You could also use a flush cup to sling adapter like this one Multi-Adapter Studs : MULTI-ADAPTER STUDS | Brownells
